P&I Custom Builders was established in 2003 by Roger Paganelli and Salvatore Inguanti. Together they have worked to build a solid team capable of executing a wide range of projects.
Over the years P&I has built a superior reputation for itself based off of family values. These ideals are evident in the intricate customer relationships built to last long after the project is finished. By working hands on with the customer during every step of the process, P&I not only strives to make each customer’s vision into a reality, but also uses value engineering, enabling the customer to get exactly what they want in a way that is financially efficient.
P&I’s projects vary from small renovations to complete custom homes built from design to occupancy. With each of their projects, P&I, pays the utmost attention to detail and expects the same from each of their employees and subcontractors. With such an immaculate perspective built into each component of the company, the visible success seen in P&I’s projects is inevitable.
